The project started out a bit rough with some communication and sub-contractor issues, but overall the project got moving, communication improved and the Project Management team were exceptionally responsive...particularly after hours. Logan did a great job of overall PM support and quickly reacting as issues came up. Conner oversaw the roofing and came through in Logan's absence to cover other project needs. And Josh patiently worked with us on fair and reasonable pricing. Ultimately the deciding factor was having one contractor to manage the entire project and all of the subcontracted work, and Matt's came through. The only suggestion I could make is to follow-up a little closer on the sub's work; all four sub teams spoke highly of working with Matt's, but there were instances where a little extra time and quality work were needed when the PM's couldn't be on-site. However, Logan and Conner followed up to ensure these items were corrected.

Overall, I would highly recommend Matt's for exterior work.

They were punctual and communicative and were even able to schedule our roof replacement for earlier than originally anticipated. Even sent people back because they didn't understand more had to be done. Top notch people, great relationship with the customer and wonderful product knowledge. The team quickly scheduled an appointment and made the insurance process / roof replacement a breeze. Can’t say enough.

From install, working ahead of weather, and dealing with my street being paved…they made the day a very smooth experience.

We got three estimates, and while Matt’s was not the cheapest (sometimes being the cheapest isn’t good either BTW), they WERE competitive and extremely knowledgeable; assessed our home above & beyond what the other companies did and answered every question we had and more! Connor Marsh, our project manager was very communicative and checked in throughout. The crew was polite, hard-working and efficient.
