2. Website Information
Information presented on the Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes.
Although Matt’s Exteriors makes reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that all descriptions, specifications, pricing information, photographs, promotions, product information, availability, warranty summaries, or other Website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Information on the Website does not constitute a binding estimate, construction agreement, warranty agreement, engineering opinion, insurance determination, or guarantee of work.
A binding obligation to perform construction or remodeling services exists only when Matt’s Exteriors and the customer enter into an applicable written agreement.
3. Lead Forms, Estimate Requests, and Information You Submit
The Website may allow you to provide information including your name, telephone number, email address, property address, project information, preferred services, photographs, appointment preferences, or other information.
By submitting information through a Matt’s Exteriors form, you represent that:
The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are authorized to provide the telephone number, email address, property information, and other information submitted.
You are not intentionally providing another person’s information without authorization.
Matt’s Exteriors may use the information to respond to and administer your inquiry as described in these Terms, the disclosures presented on the applicable form, and our Privacy Policy.
Submission of a form does not obligate Matt’s Exteriors to accept a project, provide an estimate, perform an inspection, enter into a contract, or provide services.
Additional disclosures or consents presented directly on a particular form are incorporated into these Terms with respect to that submission.
4. Communications by Phone, Text Message, and Email
When you provide Matt’s Exteriors with a telephone number, email address, or other contact information and request information, an estimate, an inspection, an appointment, or services, Matt’s Exteriors may use the contact information you provide to communicate with you concerning your request and customer relationship.
Communications may include, as applicable:

Estimate and inspection scheduling.
Appointment confirmations and reminders.
Project consultations.
Follow-up concerning requested services.
Questions regarding your property or project.
Proposal and estimate information.
Scheduling and construction updates.
Product or material information.
Customer service communications.
Warranty-related communications.
Payment or account-related communications.
Requests for feedback or reviews.
Promotional or marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with the consent you have provided.
Communications may occur by live telephone call, voicemail, email, or text message.
Where you have provided legally sufficient consent, communications may also be delivered using automated messaging systems, customer relationship management software, email automation, or similar communications technology.
The specific consent language displayed when you submit a form controls the scope of consent associated with that submission.
Providing contact information does not authorize Matt’s Exteriors to communicate with you in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
5. Text Message Terms
If you consent to receive text messages from Matt’s Exteriors, the following additional terms apply.
Message frequency may vary depending upon your inquiry, project status, appointments, services requested, customer relationship, and any marketing program to which you have consented.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
Text messages may include links to estimates, appointment information, project information, photographs, documents, scheduling pages, websites, offers, or other information relating to Matt’s Exteriors.
Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by wireless carriers and other service providers. Matt’s Exteriors does not guarantee that every message will be delivered.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate telephone contact information.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Matt’s Exteriors.
6. Text Message Opt-Outs and Revocation of Consent
If you have consented to receive text messages from Matt’s Exteriors, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message.
Matt’s Exteriors uses communication systems that automatically process supported SMS opt-out requests. When an applicable opt-out request is received, text messaging to that number will be restricted in accordance with the communication system and applicable law.
Matt’s Exteriors will not intentionally continue sending text messages that require consent after that consent has been revoked.
If you later wish to receive text messages again, you may provide new consent or use an available opt-in method supported by the messaging system.
Opting out of text messages does not necessarily prevent Matt’s Exteriors from contacting you through another lawful communication method regarding an active estimate, appointment, project, warranty matter, payment matter, customer service request, or other existing business relationship.
7. Email Communications
Matt’s Exteriors may use an email address you provide to communicate regarding your inquiry, estimate, appointment, project, requested services, warranty matter, account, customer service request, or other business relationship.
Where permitted by law, Matt’s Exteriors may also send promotional emails regarding services, seasonal information, company news, special offers, or similar information.
Marketing emails sent by or on behalf of Matt’s Exteriors will provide an appropriate method for requesting that future marketing emails stop.
You may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link or other instructions contained in an applicable marketing email.
Matt’s Exteriors will process applicable marketing email opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.
Opting out of marketing email does not necessarily prevent Matt’s Exteriors from sending non-marketing communications relating to an active estimate, appointment, project, transaction, warranty issue, customer service matter, or other existing business relationship.
8. Communication Preferences and Records
Matt’s Exteriors may maintain records of communication preferences, consents, opt-outs, form submissions, and related information for compliance, customer service, security, and business administration purposes.
If you believe you are receiving communications in error or believe an opt-out request has not been properly processed, please contact Matt’s Exteriors.
You are responsible for notifying us if your contact information changes or if you no longer control a telephone number or email address previously provided to us.
9. Third-Party Communication and Technology Platforms
Matt’s Exteriors may use third-party service providers and technology platforms to manage communications, scheduling, customer relationships, website forms, email, telephone calls, text messaging, analytics, advertising, and related business functions.
These providers may process contact information on behalf of Matt’s Exteriors as described in our Privacy Policy.
Use of a third-party technology platform does not expand the scope of consent that you have provided to Matt’s Exteriors.
Matt’s Exteriors remains responsible for its own communications practices as required by applicable law.
10. Estimates, Inspections, and Project Requests
Submitting a Website form, calling Matt’s Exteriors, requesting an inspection, scheduling an appointment, or requesting an estimate does not itself create a construction contract or obligate Matt’s Exteriors to perform work.
Any preliminary estimate, price range, online offer, advertising price, or project description is subject to confirmation after Matt’s Exteriors has had an opportunity to evaluate the property, project scope, materials, site conditions, accessibility, code requirements, and other relevant factors.
Final project scope, price, payment obligations, warranties, exclusions, change orders, scheduling terms, and other construction-related obligations will be governed by the applicable written agreement between Matt’s Exteriors and the customer.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement will control with respect to the applicable construction project.
11. Property Inspections
Roof inspections, exterior inspections, consultations, measurements, photographs, observations, recommendations, and similar services are intended to assist homeowners in evaluating potential exterior improvements or repairs.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement, an inspection provided through Matt’s Exteriors is not a structural engineering inspection, comprehensive home inspection, environmental assessment, mold inspection, code inspection, insurance adjustment, or certification that a property is free from defects.
Conditions that are concealed, inaccessible, intermittent, located underneath existing materials, or otherwise not reasonably observable may not be identified during an inspection.
12. Insurance-Related Information
Matt’s Exteriors may assist property owners by providing photographs, estimates, documentation, or other information relating to storm damage or an insurance claim.
Matt’s Exteriors is not an insurance company and does not control insurance coverage decisions, claim determinations, depreciation, deductibles, policy interpretation, coverage limits, or amounts paid by an insurance carrier.
Any insurance coverage determination is made by the applicable insurer pursuant to the applicable policy.
Customers remain responsible for amounts owed under their agreement with Matt’s Exteriors except where otherwise expressly provided in that agreement or required by law.
13. Financing
Matt’s Exteriors may provide access to financing options offered by third-party financing providers.
Financing is subject to application, credit approval, lender requirements, available programs, and the lender’s terms and conditions.
Matt’s Exteriors does not guarantee approval, interest rates, monthly payments, loan terms, or continued availability of any financing program.
Any financing agreement is between the customer and the applicable financing provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
14. Promotions, Coupons, and Special Offers
Matt’s Exteriors may periodically advertise discounts, coupons, promotional pricing, rebates, incentives, or other special offers.
Unless an applicable offer specifically states otherwise:
Offers apply only to qualifying projects.
Eligibility may depend upon minimum project size, selected products, geographic location, scheduling, or other requirements.
Offers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, rebates, or previously contracted work.
Offers have no cash value.
Promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued where permitted by law.
Offers apply only during the stated promotional period.
Additional terms disclosed with a specific promotion also apply.
Submitting a request related to an advertised promotion does not create an obligation for Matt’s Exteriors to accept or perform the project.
15. Product Images, Colors, and Examples
Photographs, renderings, samples, manufacturer images, completed-project images, videos, graphics, and other visual materials appearing on the Website are provided for illustrative purposes.
Actual materials, colors, textures, dimensions, finishes, lighting conditions, roof appearance, siding appearance, window appearance, landscaping, and completed results may differ from Website images.
Customers should review applicable product samples, manufacturer specifications, agreements, and product documentation before making final selections.
16. Testimonials, Reviews, and Project Results
Customer testimonials, ratings, reviews, photographs, and examples of completed projects reflect individual experiences.
Results may vary depending upon project scope, property conditions, product selections, weather, maintenance, age of the property, existing construction, and other factors.
Nothing on the Website guarantees that every customer or property will experience identical results.
17. Certifications and Manufacturer Relationships
The Website may reference contractor certifications, manufacturer programs, preferred-contractor designations, dealer relationships, warranties, or similar credentials.
Such programs may be administered by independent manufacturers or other third parties and may have separate qualifications, terms, limitations, and warranty requirements.
Manufacturer warranties and third-party warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer or third party and are separate from any workmanship warranty provided directly by Matt’s Exteriors.
Certifications, dealer relationships, designations, and program availability may change over time.
18. Warranties
The Website may reference Matt’s Exteriors’ workmanship warranty, including a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty, as well as manufacturer warranties and other warranty protections.
References to warranties on the Website are summaries only.
Actual warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, limitations, transferability, and eligibility are governed exclusively by the applicable written warranty documentation, customer agreement, product documentation, and manufacturer requirements.
Warranty coverage may vary depending upon the service performed, product installed, manufacturer requirements, property conditions, maintenance, transferability rules, and other factors.
Nothing stated on the Website expands or modifies the terms of an applicable written warranty.
19. Privacy
Collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of personal information through the Website are governed by the Matt’s Exteriors Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Additional privacy disclosures may appear on individual landing pages, forms, advertisements, or services.
20. Third-Party Services and Websites
The Website may contain links to, integrations with, or content provided by third parties, including manufacturers, financing providers, review platforms, social media services, mapping services, scheduling tools, customer relationship management platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms, telecommunications providers, and other service providers.
Matt’s Exteriors does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their independent content, security, availability, privacy practices, terms, or actions.
Access to third-party websites or services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
21. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, layouts, advertising materials, and other materials created or owned by Matt’s Exteriors, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

24. Disclaimer of Website Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
MATT’S EXTERIORS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, COMPLETELY SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
THIS WEBSITE DISCLAIMER DOES NOT ALTER AN EXPRESS WARRANTY CONTAINED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT OR WARRANTY ISSUED BY MATT’S EXTERIORS.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Matt’s Exteriors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the Website.
This limitation applies to Website-related claims and does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or claims governed by a separate signed construction agreement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
26. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matt’s Exteriors and its owners, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or submission of information that you were not authorized to provide.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any different dispute-resolution provision contained in a separate written agreement between Matt’s Exteriors and a customer, disputes relating solely to use of the Website will be handled in courts having appropriate jurisdiction in the State of Georgia.
28. Changes to These Terms
Matt’s Exteriors may revise these Terms periodically.
Changes become effective when updated Terms are posted to the Website unless otherwise stated.
The “Last Updated” date at the beginning of these Terms identifies the most recent revision.

29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30. No Waiver
Failure by Matt’s Exteriors to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.
31. Entire Website Terms
These Terms, together with the Matt’s Exteriors Privacy Policy and any disclosures or consents presented when information is submitted, constitute the applicable terms governing use of the Website.
These Website Terms do not replace or modify a signed construction agreement, financing agreement, manufacturer warranty, workmanship warranty, or other separate written agreement.
